StudySarthi is an independent, solo-developed student project. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. What this project is

StudySarthi is a portfolio and internship project built by a single student developer. It is not a registered company or commercial product, and it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

2. Your data

Tools like Smart Notes, Internship Tracker, Goal Planner, and Coding Practice currently store your data locally in your own browser via localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to a server or shared with anyone, because there's no backend yet. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Account features (planned)

Login and signup are currently a static frontend preview with no real authentication behind them. Once real authentication (e.g. Firebase or Supabase) is added, separate terms around account data will apply and this page will be updated.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use this site to store sensitive personal, financial, or medical information — it isn't built with that level of security yet.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the site or its source code beyond fair, reasonable personal use.

5. No liability

Since this is an in-progress student project, features may change, break, or be reset without notice as development continues. The developer isn't liable for any data loss, since all current data lives in your own browser storage and can be cleared by browser settings, cache clearing, or device changes.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves from a prototype into a more complete product. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
